A guide for more considered purchases
Hoobuy Spreadsheet brings the browsing, ordering and warehouse questions into one readable place.
How to use this Hoobuy Spreadsheet
- Choose a homepage category or search for the item you have in mind. You can also open Finds and use its category filters.
- Open the seller listing. Check the selected colour, size and quantity, the seller’s measurements and the terms that matter to your purchase.
- Save the source URL and your choices. Follow the Hoobuy buying guide to submit the item.
- When it arrives at the warehouse, keep your original notes beside the photos. Use the photo chapters and review prompts to decide what needs another view before shipping.
Why use this Hoobuy Spreadsheet?
The category index and small product selection give you somewhere to begin. The buying chapter follows that choice through payment and delivery; the photo chapters help turn a concern into a specific request. Use the review prompts when an item arrives, and keep the seller’s measurements beside the photos when deciding whether to ship.

How to use the filters and review prompts
On the Finds page, choose a category above the product selection to show matching items. Select All finds to restore the complete selection. On the QC photos page, tick each warehouse-review prompt as you consider it; the count shows your progress. The checklist does not submit an account decision, and the temporary ticks reset when the page reloads.
How to choose a useful Spreadsheet
Look for recognisable products, working source links and guidance specific enough to act on. A large list alone does not tell you whether a size, seller or shipping route suits you. Keep your own selected option and measurements with the link.
Independent publishing
This site is an independent guide. Some shopping links can earn a referral commission. Hoobuy and the seller handle orders, payments and after-sales requests; this website cannot view an account or decide a refund.
Product photographs illustrate the linked items. They are not presented as our own warehouse inspections or proof of authenticity. The review checklist runs in your browser and is a temporary reading aid.
