Hoobuy help: the right place to ask
- Product size, option or stock
- Check the current seller page. Ask Hoobuy to clarify a source detail when it prevents a purchase.
- Payment, purchase or warehouse item
- Use the order reference in your Hoobuy account. Include the selected option and the mismatch or missing view.
- Packing, dispatch or international tracking
- Use the parcel reference, carrier number and last tracking event.
- A local delivery attempt
- Follow the destination carrier’s collection or address instructions; retain the parcel details if further help is needed.
Keep the message specific
For photos: “Please show both heel areas at the same angle; the left one is outside the frame.” For tracking: “Parcel [reference] last scanned at [place] on [date]. Is there another carrier number or a next action?”
Send private order details through the official account channel. Never include a password or verification code in the message.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the product price include delivery to me?
- The item purchase and international parcel are separate stages. Review domestic delivery and other purchase charges first, then the actual parcel quote.
- Can a warehouse photo tell me my size?
- It can show a label or requested measurement. Compare that with the seller’s method and a similar item you own.
- Can I change my mind after QC?
- Ask about the order’s return eligibility, deadline and costs while it remains in the warehouse. Do not assume shipping it leaves the same options available.
- The seller link has changed. Should I use it?
- Recheck the current item and options. Save a new record if the listing now describes something different.
- How long will my parcel take?
- Use the selected line’s current estimate and the actual tracking. A dated haul review cannot predict another destination or shipment.
Shopping terms: QC, GL, RL and consolidation
- QC
- Quality-check information or photographs of the warehouse item.
- GL / RL
- Community shorthand for accepting or rejecting what someone sees; not an account action.
- Consolidation
- Preparing several warehouse items for a parcel.
- Volumetric weight
- A size-based charging measure used by some routes. Read the route’s method rather than assuming actual weight is the only input.
